I lived here for 3 years and kept resigning my lease. I love the staff and the amenities! Made my experience in college super amazing!
My kid lives here for college and it's a sheriff department with each tenant having their own bedroom in his bedroom and bathroom
I wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars. Our washer has been on and off broken all year. We requested a replacement washer but were denied the request despite having put in six maintenance requests for it over the duration of two semesters. Our washer broke late March and still has not been fixed. We are currently going on almost five weeks of not having a working washing machine. After living at the Heights for the past 3 years, I give 3 out of 5 stars. There are lots of positives and negatives about this complex. Starting off with the negatives, there are quite a few. First, the apartments are infested with Kudzu beetles, carpenter bees, and sometimes spiders. The carpenter bees and beetles in my opinion are the worst because the bees will hover in your face and follow you, and the Kudzu beetles emit a strong odor when provoked.
