Terrible communication and terrible shuttle. Their office hours online and on the door are always wrong and they never post about and changes to the office hours or send a notice. The shuttle is never on time. I was waiting for the 8am shuttle and saw it come up the hill when i was walking to the stop but didn't see it come down until it was time for the 8:30 stop. I noticed my review and others mentioning the brown recluse spider infestation in building 11 have disappeared. I think everyone who has the potential to live here needs to be warned about possibly moving into a BROWN RECLUSE infested apartment. Below is a picture of a glue trap I set out, filled with dead brown recluse spiders. Unless they have somehow managed to magically clear the infestation, I don’t think it’s fair to take down reviews mentioning the very real possibility of living with these spiders.
