First, I want to acknowledge that the facility, physicians, and front desk staff were all exceptional. Their professionalism and care are the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 0. Unfortunately, my experience with one nurse significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive experience. My 21-month-old son was scheduled for an adenoidectomy on Monday. My son had an appointment for surgery at 10am today but didnt get the surgery till 2pm. The wait time was ridiculous, I have other kids that need to be picked up and I am glad that I had someone to pick them up for me today because I was not told that we would be here all day. Better communication is required, I have never had to wait this long for a 20 minute procedure. Staffing was great but that wait time was horrible.
