Such an amazing experience. I came in without insurance (GA benefits had yet to kick in) and they worked to get good, affordable alternates for me. Dr. Pan was so kind and welcoming. All student employees were friendly. No student should delay their care: this is a great place to get help.
This happened in 2012, but I need to point it out. I went here to try to see if I get get some insight to why my arms are so big and in pain all the time and if my diet could have anything to do with it. I was hoping they could help me figure it out. Dr. Jennifer Frank blamed me for not telling about my preferred doctor, when she barely gave me any space to talk. She then scoffed at me, walked away, and ended our appointment when I told her I'd like to make my next appointment for as soon as possible. No greetings, goodbyes, no thank you's and no reassurance. Their phone number does not work. When pressing "2" to leave a message, the automated secretary says the line does not exist. I emailed the center to inquire about a checkup for my Manoa Exchange program and I get an automated message with general information for a health clearance. It's like this department does not even exist. Also, the hours of operation are so inconsistent... What does it mean "hours change without notice?" What kind of crud is that?
