Overbooked, understaffed. UHS is amazing if you want cheap care for something like a cold/flu. Other than that- I cannot urge you enough to go ANYWHERE ELSE. They do NOT care about you if you do not have something contagious, immediately identifiable & treatable. They don’t often give good referrals and are just on a quick turnaround because they have way too many patients. RUNNNN it’s not even worth the cheapness because they will not give you quality care.
I graduated from here in 2025 and got a new job. The new job requires that I get an ADA healthcare provider form filled out in order to get workplace accommodations for a medical issue I have. I spent over 30 minutes calling various departments in UHS trying to get help for this issue and was told they couldn't help cause I was no longer a student -- which is absurd considering that I got support for my back issue here for over two years and because my diagnosis hasn't magically changed over the last year.
