Admitting needs high improvement in communication and process, because My UT student daughter rolled her ankle and couldn’t walk / in pain and when I Brought her to this Urgent Care the first communication was that they are not really an urgent care , regardless what their website says and would need to make an appointment because no walk-ins !!! Insanely poorly managed facility. They left my allergy shot vials out of refrigeration for three days and I have to pay over 1k to get new ones developed back at my allergist. Do not transfer to them for allergy shots !! Very unprofessional and lack of basic medical protocol.
