“I can’t get in touch with my doctor, the front desk won’t pick up the phones and i can’t get through to the app lines and the website isn’t any better for help!
Do not go to this hospital. I filed a complaint against the neurology department because I arrived at the hospital on time, but spend 30 minutes trying to find a parking spot only for the check-in later to be disrespectful and mock me being late and cancels my appointment. Mean you, I am also disabled and on a walker, yet they have no compassion or understanding and seem to discriminate against those with disabilities, because I felt discriminated against and I will never return to this place.
