It seems to me a lack of respect that my parents must be begging every 3 months to be well cared for by the people who work there. the insurance that has been paid for years pays for the medications that they are currently using and every 3 months is the same problem, the people who attend there are badly educated and rude with whom we use the pharmaceutical service. they should change those people who work there, they only offend and make the elderly feel bad.
