Overall a fantastic company to rent from. Very responsive with repairs, issues and questions. Very well run portal with online pay, ect. Would totally have rented from them again but they did not have bigger spaces available at the time.

On my search, UHMC offered a few things other rentals in the neighborhood didn't: they cover the water bill (which can be a big headache to deal with otherwise), they were thoughtful about installing laundry on-site as well as in their core neighborhood, and they turned the apartment over clean and freshly painted. The rent might be slightly higher but the apartment is twice as nice as places I toured even on the exact same block. This is the first time I’ve ever rented in my life. The prompt and courteous service from the owners has been exceptional. They are always right there when something needs to be fixed and/or if I have any questions. Kudos!!!
I previously had a great experience with them years ago so I returned, but this time around putting in a maintenance request has become incredibly uncomfortable. My keys were stolen and I was given a price of $500 total to change my locks. I asked where the price came from and was treated horrible for it.
