I stayed at University Green for three years, and my experience was honestly amazing! I first heard about it from some FSU students even though I saw a few mixed reviews online, I decided to give it a chance, and I’m so glad I did. The community is quiet, well kept, and in a great location. The leasing team has always been helpful and responsive whenever I needed something. It was overal a good place to live and a cheap rent with everything included(we only went over twice with 3 people living there in the summer that resulted in an extra $13). There is crime however your in Tallahassee thats to be expected just make sure you lock your doors and you should be good ive never heard of a criminal actually breaking and entering here since there are so many people in the area that would notice.
