I had a great experience thanks to Ken. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the tour enjoyable.
This is more of a question I’m a resident here but does anyone know if the volley ball court next to the pool is part of the neighborhood? There are ant piles around it and the net is severely broken. I tried to use it but couldn’t really and if it’s part of the neighborhood which I think it is then I feel like they should take better care of it.
Tay was an amazing tour guide! The townhomes were so nice & clean. The kitchen was literally one of my favorite parts. Such a nice kitchen with an island. Closets are spacious & so are the rooms. Also the outside looks so homey & nice.
The show unit is very clean and nice! Out your guide Tay was informative and answered all questions!
