I’ve had a great experience at UG The staff and management team are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They truly care about the residents and work hard to keep the property clean, safe, and well managed. Highly recommend.
The house is great... the roads, not so much. People in vehicles of all sizes blow through stop signs at 25+ on the regular, posing a clear and present danger to life and property, especially children. Management should consider contracting traffic enforcement or erecting additional speedbumps, as there is high likelihood someone will be killed or gravely injured if this practice continues unmitigated.
University green been here almost 2 years it’s pretty decent and chill it felt like home I like coming home and relaxing and one of the best things about living there is it’s ducked off it’s a good area if you are looking for a great place to live university green is a great place
