I have been a well known patient of the University of Utah Medical Center since 1975 (50 years). I was / am a case study for Congenital Urinary Bladder Extrophy since my first radical repair surgery in 1958, at 4 months old, by Dr. John Latimer, at Columbia Medical Center’s Pediatric Urology Dept. in NYC . Terrible job. Didn't take the time to even ask my name before he had his nurse knock me out and shove a scope down my throat. Did not put in any effort at all. Did not make any notes on what was found from the biopsy. I know have an extremely sore and scabby throat, outrageous bill, AND have to have another endoscopy done by a competent Dr.
