As a parent of a student who resided there, I am horrified at the lack of care and consideration this management has for their tenants. They take advantage of them since they are college kids mostly and some without parents near to know whats going on. For what could be a very nice place to live, there are major safety issues. It took 3 weeks to have a lock fixed on the front door of an apartment of all girls, 3 months for a dishwasher to get fixed, and thick thick blocks of ice in the parking lot to name a few.
