Have lived here for over half a year, have messaged Kerra Lampman, the landlord, multiple times about getting the key fob my roommates and I have paid for, landlord will not respond to any messages. Look elsewhere for apartments because the management is verging upon criminally negligent.
If you love getting your security deposit stolen, have a landlord that never responds? This is the place to live. They stole my security deposit and charged me $1k for cleaning/painting and never informed me about it. I ended up receiving an email from a debt collection agency about their fees. They don't respond to phone calls or texts, when I lived here I'd go for weeks without hearing from them after texting them everyday for one simple thing. Oh and also, the garbage room usually has homeless people sleeping in it.
This building blatantly broke the law—they are guilty of fraud, and I have the proof to back it up. After I moved out, they tried to steal my $600 security deposit, fabricating bogus charges for “unit cleaning” and “paint/wall repair” (see their letter and bill below).
