Friendly staff. Dr. Doshi is amazing. She listens to you and cares. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a appointment or a response via the app. But that's most Dr offices.

I scheduled my annual exam several months in advance. As the date approached, the office rescheduled my appointment—which was fine—but then canceled it the night before the new date, which is completely unacceptable. The scheduler was extremely rude and had an attitude, raising her voice at me before I even had a chance to speak. Incredible. Incredible practice. My doctor was Nicholas i’m trying to remember his last name and I believe Tiffany was who drew my blood for the test. I have a fear so I was already nervous, but I didn’t even feel anything. She was so kind and was talking me through the whole thing. They were both very considerate. Everyone was so kind. Had a great time and recommend it especially for anyone who has kids they’re so great but in general, I am a student at Cmu and it was very close.

UPMC has cut the budget so far that customer service is non-existent. You cannot talk to the front desk, refill requests go unfilled passed the refill window, and good luck getting a hold of the records department. They will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full. Left for a different practice.
