I contacted my PCP at this location via the UPMC portal and received no response for four days. I tried to call the office and the mailbox was full so I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, either. This is in regard to a medication increase that I was feeling desperate about. Then when the provider finally replied in the portal, 10 days later, she said she sent the script to my old pharmacy and it was the wrong dosage--and closed the message thread so I couldn't reply! Looking for a new PCP ASAP.
Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. Brand new out of school. Don’t know how to write prescriptions properly . Ma can’t draw blood . Was in office two hours waiting . Was turned away when was 2 0 mins late . No call back ended up in ER thanks to these people.
Bad! Got my results early Wednesday morning. Friday end of the day, still no one contacted me. My 3 emails sent to the PCP were elegantly ignored. Thinking about finding new PCP office.
I am thoroughly impressed by this doctors office from the staff to the physicians themselves. They were friendly, professional the entire time I was there. The doctor herself made me feel seen and truly like she listened to me and cared about my problems. I never got that at my local doctor office. I was seen in a timely manner. Was in and out within the time I had available. Seriously impressed and grateful to finally to have someone listen to me. I am so thankful I want to cry.
I have seen 3 different providers at this practice and have received above and beyond care from each of them consistently. Dr. Cassagrande, Dr. Abad and NP Anto all have wonderful bedside manner and treat the whole patient. I have a history of being under-diagnosed which has lead to having a large amount of anxiety when seeing a new provider but the staff here has done a wonderful job of making me feel heard and understood.
