I was treated by Jessica yesterday and was given the finest care possible. She was attentive to my needs and listened to my issues.I am grateful for the care I received and am happy to be a patient there!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Manzo for over 25 years now . Dr .M is someone who truly cares about each and every one of his patients. I have seen other providers in the office as well in times where maybe Dr m wasn’t available and everyone has given the same attentive care . I know it’s tough finding a good provider now adays and i always recommend Dr manzo office .
They tell one person they are accepting new patients but then when you call, they're not? Guess it depends on the secretary/ their mood. Based on the reviews, probably for the best anyways.
I feel the quality of care here has gone down and specifically when your dr only works 3 days a week its hard to get quality of care Dr M seems to be checked out and out of touch he does not understand his patients because he is not in the working man's shoes he is dr.donothing and always makes you wait past your appointment time I have finally had enough
Their new NP Michaela is awful. I had abnormal blood work and 13 visits since January and( it is now July )and she got me fired from my job for not writing a note for work to cover my ongoing symptoms. she did absolute bare minimum for me, except incompetent form filling and she made it seem like it was a complete chore for her . I felt highly judged as if I’m trying to cheat the system. she had nothing to lose writing that note and I had everything to lose.
