Did not send me an appointment for a follow-up that their doctor required, then when I checked they refuse to make an appointment without a new referral because "it's policy". I don't understand.

Very friendly and efficient
I wrote a review about dr. Solo at the University Eye Clinic. I’ve also had exceptional service with Feri the Optician Manager there. She consistently provides service above and beyond what I would imagine. She is one of the main reasons I have continued to go to University Eye Clinic for over 20+ years. She’s excellent and I highly recommend anybody who wants a pair of glasses to work with her and her staff.
