The property manager lady, she is Always busy, but she's very quick to respond to my messages each time & she doesn't ever make me feel like I'm pestering her. Mrs. Robert's is her name. She's so nice & friendly, Loved her!!!
I've been here for a few years now. I like it overall. Maybe it's not perfect but it's where I've called home and I'll keep calling home. Nice yard size, PARKING! I didn't have parking before moving here it's so nice for this town to be able to park that close without paying 900$+ a month. During Covid i lived on the square and im on trailer two after making the move. Used to rent but im buying and there's literally no where I could find in town with hookup for washer dryer and parking for under 700 a month. I like it
Bought a mobile home, already moved out! Lot rent is crazy, it will keep going up every year. You have Coles Moultrie & Ameren. Renting a house with your own yard and driveway is cheaper in the long run. I did love my mobile home. I don't see how one income can afford to live there.
