Bought a mobile home, already moved out! Lot rent is crazy, it will keep going up every year. You have Coles Moultrie & Ameren. Renting a house with your own yard and driveway is cheaper in the long run. I did love my mobile home. I don't see how one income can afford to live there.
Bought a mobile home, love it but..didn't have a walk thru when I purchased it, moved in a week ago..can't use my dryer bc outlet is fried, called got answering system will be over a week til rehabbers can look at it. This is something that should've been checked out before it was sold. On a positive note, it's a nice peaceful place, and I do love my home!
Not the best place to buy a home that you plan on sti in till the day you die. Because the manager Kristen has her favorite person in there. The trotters kids get away with bloody murder. Well doing things that get blamed on your kids. This isn't the place to live if you have kids that will go out and socialize because they will get blamed for. Stuff they didn't do .
