WORST customer service ever. Wow I'm amazed at how truly awful the customer service of such a place. I called with some basic questions and the woman who answered was in an awful mood. She was constantly groaning and putting me on hold. When I asked her to clarify a part of the writing on the paperwork she said "I feel like I can't get anywhere with this conversation so I'm going to hangup".
