I was a patient at ECMC in July 2018 when I was in a car accident. The nurses and staff on the 5th floor and the rehab unit were very caring and compassionate to me. All of the staff that took care of me were wonderful. I can never thank them enough for what they did for me. Thank you for all you do.
Every time I get a bill from you, even after I pay it, I get the same bill again ... and I get that there’s a pandemic going on right now ... but this is the third time in several years this has happened. I have tried calling and left two messages last week ... if your billing department can’t work from home and call me back during all of this ... you’re definitely behind the times.
Sat in ER for 3 hours to sit in the hallway for 2 hours to sit in an ER room for 1.5 hours before a doctor seen my ppls.
People go to the emergency room and except to get called in 30 min ,,😝your in a sick building filled with lots of sick patients never enough doctors or nurses to go around ,so stop whining and wait your turn wth,all emergency room will have a long wait and not enough doctors to go around !!
I've been sitting in a waiting room for over an hour waiting to see the doctor. when I asked the nurse when I would be seen I got a snarky reply that I am next. i should have been first since my appt was at 8 AM. Same issue every time. Torn exam table and filthy walls too.
