To: ECMC ICU 12th floor My sister Martrice Collins was admitted to your ICU on Monday November 9, 2020. She had suffered a heart attack and was in organ failure. Even though her prognosis was very grim your staff took extremely good care of my sister. I just received a spinal fusion with "hardware" on 8/20/20, and came home 8/22. I was in the Orthopaedic Unit on the 6th floor North Wing. Dr. Clark, my surgeon is nothing short of amazing! She is compassionate, empathetic and truly cares about her patients. The nursing staff of 6th floor North treated me with kindness, caring, and compassion that is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced, and I've been in a lot of hospitals. Speaking from my experience, every single person I met from the nurses to the cleaner/house... read more

Their workers are racist and Susan Elmer to be exact. We should not have people who are supposed to be nursing people back to good health and helping them when the workers are racist over someone’s skin color.
