The level of care provided to those taken to the C-PEP area is disgraceful. My step-daughter was taken there on 6/26/17 at about 11a. She just turned 18 recently and although considered an adult she really isnt. She has mental health issues and now had to navigate this hospital stay on her own. She was scared-nervous- and cried pretty much her entire stay. She tried numerous times to ask nurses what was going on and was repeatedly told she just needed to wait. Thanks to all who watched over me during my foot surgery on the 24th. Especially Dr. Rohrabacher, Kent, John, Ann, and the other staff and nurses, rosaries. God Bless you all. Explained everything to me, smiled and were reassuring, gentle and professional.
Some nurses are wonderful some nurses are terrible! If you don't like ur job quit! When did nurses lose their compassion? I have 1 more back surgery to get done within the year and will NOT be coming back here!

AMAZING!!! The nurses are unbelievable in their care, I live in the north towns and will make the trip to ECMC for my care.
Went in August 2014 for about 8 hours. Got a bill and sent in my insurance info with bill. They then sent me a new bill of around $2600 which is what I owed after insurance paid. I just got a new bill in December of 2016 (Over 2 YEARS later) for another $2700 saying they didn't have sufficient info of my insurance and I'm reliable to pay this now. I've left messages and emailed them. No Response. Now it is in collections. Go somewhere besides these crooks.

I went today to get my ACL repaired today. I cannot say enough about my nurse. I cannot remember her name, I have a bad memory, but she was GREAT!! She was super nice, funny, and really did seem to care. I wasn't nervous about my surgery walking into the hospital, and thanks to her and everyone else on "my" team, I stayed that way. Thank you all for everything.
