I don’t know why there are other bad reviews but I LOVE this office. I moved to the area back in September of 2024. I started coming here back in May when I found out I was pregnant. They got me in quickly. I was seeing APN Jacelyn Annett for my first few appointments. She was great, responded to all my MyChsrt questions, always got back to me quickly. This was my first visit with Dr. Spivack and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The front desk team (Carol & Karen) were so warm, welcoming, and personable..they completely set the tone and made me feel at ease right away. I have never felt more worthless after a doctor’s visit, let alone at an OB/GYN. My first appointment I explained I hadn’t gone for over a year because my 3 month old son passed from SIDS a year ago. I told the doctor I was trying to get pregnant and was unable to. I had bloodwork done at the office after the exam, which was the only painful exam I ever went through with an OB/GYN. Been to this location twice. It's quite a drive from my home. Been with Dr spivack for a few years since she's been at the Rowan Stratford location. Where I like going. I always thought she was a wonderful caring doctor until today. I had to bring my disabled adult son with me. Took me a while to put his wheelchair back together. I was 15 minutes late and alone in the waiting room other than my family. They told me I could reschedule instead of just fitting me in when clearly they gave my room to someone else.
