Been to this location twice. It's quite a drive from my home. Been with Dr spivack for a few years since she's been at the Rowan Stratford location. Where I like going. I always thought she was a wonderful caring doctor until today. I had to bring my disabled adult son with me. Took me a while to put his wheelchair back together. I was 15 minutes late and alone in the waiting room other than my family. They told me I could reschedule instead of just fitting me in when clearly they gave my room to someone else. Horribly rushed; one doctor trying to leave early. Another doctor attempted to get a uterine biopsy sample and said it was small, said no worries, labs came back saying sample too small.
I love Dr. Spivack and Dr. Tartaglia! Dr. Spivack is my regular go-to and takes the time to explain things, listens, and is very caring. She is so thorough and goes above and beyond for her patients. She even answers all my questions in messenger in the mychart app. I have never had a problem with this office, the ladies at the desk, or scheduling. I’ve been coming here for years.
Everyone here is so nice I never had any issues at all from here
