Great Customer Service and fast testing.
Everyone is very professional and curious. There office is Exceptional Clean and there is minimal wait with your appointment.
Every one was courteous. They take time out to answer my questions. I did not have to wait to get care.
I have been a patient with University Diagnostics for many years. I just had my annual mammogram and Ultrasound and I was able to have my bone density done on the same day which was on 10/21/21. I was in and out about an hour not counting my pre check in which was also quick. The staff are all nice and professional and the Facility is always clean and atmosphere is friendly. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and professional. The time between entering office and being tested and/ or scanned was an hour.

I have been using UDMI for over 20 years. The staff are the most professional and courteous I have ever seen in a medical office. Everyone is totally organized which makes it a pleasure to visit this office. I would recommend UDMI to anyone needing xrays or a mammogram.
