The whole team are extremely professional.
This is the second time that I've been to UDMI. Like the first time, my visit was great. From reception to services related to my annual mammogram/sonogram, and the first bone density test, I greatly appreciate the kindness, tender care and friendly nature of the technians. I also appreciate that UMDI reached out to me to schedule services...a great relief as I'm sure I would have delayed scheduling.
Have dealt with University Diagnostic Medical Imaging several times in the past regarding services required by both my godmother and one of our neighbors. Staff is friendly and professional from the time one checks in until all testing is complete. Everyone I interacted with communicated their instructions to me clearly and concisely. The entire facility is clean, neat, and well lit. If one needs ultrasound or CT scanning done, this is the place to go.
My visit went well. The staff is very efficient, polite and comforting.

They are Great. They are extremely Professional and Helpful. The location is very clean.I was having problem’s with my glasses fogging and one of the workers gave me a few anti-fogging drops which worked great and I was able to finish my paperwork Thank you again. I highly recommend them.
