The entire office staff is so friendly and helpful. Tammy is especially awesome, as she took care of getting me on specialty medication that was not covered by my insurance and kept me informed every step of the way.
I had an okay experience.. the Hispanic girl at the front was super nice but the appointment was quick. I was not given options or felt heard until I suggested something and the tech seemed rushed, they were nice though. For an acne visit I had a finger ran on my face and the immediate response was accutane after I mentioned I did not want that because I struggle with other issues. The front desk is run by college students that seemed rather unprofessional. I don't know who was responsible for sending me reminders to come in after i thought i cancelled my appointment but I do know those kids did not answer or return calls all day on Tues. Oct 22nd and I had to go in to make sure I was not charged for an appt. I cancelled. I remember being in college and acting that way and I pissed off a lot of people even though they let me keep working. Guess its the same here. The office should employ more responsib... read more
I called to make an appointment and I’m already impressed! Huge shoutout to Harrison and Tammy for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. After speaking with them, I knew this was the place for me. I’ve been to other dermatologists where I felt like just another number, but not here! I'm sure my first visit will be great.
