RecommendedI first visited for the first time seeing a dentist in 10 years, in June of 2021. Had my 6 month cleaning today. It was very thorough and I don't generally have dental problems. I am pleased and recommend!
Dental hygienist was professional but she was not allowed to do my cleaning as I did not want to have X-rays until my next cleaning. The office manager Clara said it is required in order to do cleaning. Policies have changed under new ownership. Did not even receive a call to confirm 6 month appointment.
All around excellent experiences so far. Dr. Heroux is fantastic, super attentive to how youre feeling during procedures and super desriptive so you know what he is doing every step of the way, all of which eases the anxiety. He used a "jiggle-tapping" maneuver while injecting novicaine so I literally dont feel the needle at all! His assistant is always very pleasant. I cant say enough positive about Dr. Heroux. I have REALLY bad teeth that need a LOT of work. I've always been too embarrassed to see a dentist. One day, a tooth broke and i needed same-day appointment to get it pulled. Grace Dental was the ONLY place that agreed to fit me in and they were so kind and friendly, I wasn't the least bit embarrassed. They worked with me on payments and we are now working on a whole new smile for me! I've been seeing them ever since and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They're AWESOME!
