Not bad Dr. Johannes at University Dental Group is very professional and knowledgable. I can entirely trust that this doctor and his personnel will provide me with the best treatment plans and options. They are very honest and perfect in everything they do. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend this dentist to everyone! As far as the billing that is another subject. They are definitely not upfront as was mentioned before.
Worst Dental Place In Orlando I recently went to this dentist 3 months ago and was told there would be no copay. Well, guess what 3 months later I received a copay and I still haven't received an explanation of why yet. They never did solve my problem and just wanted to send me to there gum specialist instead of actually fixing my problem. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worse enemy. All they want from there patients is money. PROS: CONS: Doesn't provide quality care to there patients

My daughter hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile. She needed a lot of work done. Dr. Torres-Friedman and the rest of the team were amazing! Took such great care of her and her needs! Our entire family goes here now!! So thankful we found University Dental!
Dr Torres is great and the whole office staff is fantastic. I we would highly recommend them.
