1st issue: they never sent the prescription until later the following day after I left voice mails that CVS hadnt recieved the script. University Dental (UD) blamed CVS claiming they were told CVS too busy to fill my script. :o I've used CVS for 30 years problem free. CVS provided me with proof of when script came in. It was 3:31pm more than 24 hours after seeing dentist for gum infection. Danielle the receptionist is extremely nice and efficient. Dr. Chris is great. All the staff is nice
I've been going to this practice for years and very pleased with it. Everyone from the office help to the hygienist to the dentist are excellent. And very gentle! Highly recommended.
The staff are all very helpful kind and knowledgeable. The dentist Dr Warman has always been very informative and kind like teaching, he explains everything that needs to be done where I can understand. The new dentist Dr Chris Perrillo is super nice also, not long out of school with alot of fresh ideas and new equipment to help get your teeth whiter and straight!! That’s exciting!!
