I went to this location 2 years ago because my son was having a lot of tooth pain. He has Medicaid/Medicare and I told the scheduler this when I scheduled the appointment. I also told her I would pay out of pocket. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't treat my son because he had Medicaid and they couldn't accept personal payment. I made another appointment for May 29th, 2025. I submitted my insurance info on April 12, 2025 via text and they notified me that they had received the information. If I could do a ZERO I would!!! I have been a patient here over 15 plus years and the last couple of years have been trying to say the least. If they can actually get your insurance information correct and in their system that would be a feat in itself!! I have provided my insurance information at each 6 months visit, and I am still getting bills. I appreciate the competent service provided at this location. There is still work to be done on the courteous professionalism side. I arrived thirteen minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist (Haley or Kaley), seated across the lobby, called out to me that because I was fifteen minutes late I would need to reschedule. I went for a regular, insurance-covered cleaning service, and the hygienist pushed me to do a deep cleaning. I asked her to finish the two regular cleaning first and then do the deep cleaning. She told me that we should do the deep cleaning first, and then use the two free regular cleaning services covered by the insurance.—It turned out that this was misleading, because after the deep cleaning, I would not get the free cleaning services from the insurance (see below).
