Similar pricing than Drexel dorms but for much more space. Utilities are also included which is nice. Downsides are that heating/ac is questionable. Heating doesn't work that good in winter and ac doesn’t work that good in summer. The building does provide events for free food and raffles. I lived there last year and now my friend is also having trouble with her lease. The billing is shady - I got charged for random things that I should not have. There is also a ton of insects/mice. Also, for move out my friend planned ahead and told them she would be moving out a day later, which they said was fine. She said she was going to leave her stuff until then, which they were okay with. Instead, they threw all of her things out and charged her a fee. One star is too generous for this place. If you’re thinking about living here despite the reviews think again signing a lease here has been the worst thing I’ve ever done. Drexel should be ashamed to have their name plastered on this building. I signed a lease for 1795 but I pay 1895-2010 a month. There’s always arbitrary charges and no one can attest to how they keep track of electricity. The electric bill is random and changes vastly every month. We have had mice since October.
