Amazing staff and a fantastic system! 3% Interest every month on checking and $500 overdraft credit as well as normal credit cards. It’s UCSD’s best secret that more people need to use.
UCU has been my first bank in the US and I'm very impressed with the customer service I received. A huge shout out to Mr. Enrique (manager at the UCSD branch) for assisting me through every single thing, right from setting up the mobile app, debit card, helping clearing extended cheque holds, setting up Zelle, Google Pay. I have never seen better customer service in any other bank ever and I truly appreciate Mr. Enrique for his time and commitment to serve the customers in the best possible way. Highly recommend using UCU!
