These apartments only cater to students. We are good tenants for two years - pay rent on time and respectful of the property. When we need a little flexibility as we transition to new jobs and new locations we get very minimal compromise. Everything has to be done according to the academic year, which means we are just out of luck. Shame on you.
I didn't think I'd ever be in the position of having to write a review regarding this issue however they've showed discriminatory behavior towards students of middle eastern descent. It was truly upsetting and I am sorry my friends and past students had to go through that. I hope University Court Apartments do not treat students or families like that in the future. Tori the apartment manager is easy to talk to, nice, and willing to help you out if you are having issues. The maintenance crew will get to the request you put in next day. The floor plan for the apartments is really nice and the community is great. Plus you have peace of mind knowing security staff patrol the parking lot late at night.
Tori, the property manager at University Court made a new transition for my roommates and I am easy one! She is a HUGE reason why we chose university court! She was very responsive to our emails, answered MANY questions, and was very flexible when scheduling times to see the apartment. Very happy that my roommates and I chose to live at this apartment complex next year. Tori, the apartment manager was great and made this new transition very easy! Highly recommend.
