RecommendedI feel safe here. It’s quiet.
RecommendedGreat community to live in! I had a couple issues when I first moved in last year, but the management team finally handled it. It’s super close to the Duke campus, grocery stores, and it’s on the bus route too. Overall I would definitely recommend University Apartments!
RecommendedI love the community as it is so close to downtown, grocery shop, bus transit and many more cool things that cannot even be listed. I have been living here since one year and have never had any major complaints or issues. All the maintenance requests were handled fast. I am having a good time. Will surely recommend to everyone as their prices are also very competitive as compared to others.
Good community dwelling. Capstone tries to involve residents in a communal vibe somewhat successfully. Maintenance does a good job. I haven't had any significant problems; due to not accepting shorts!
Messed up the key and got locked out in the first day. Messed up the bill also, and asked seriously "when are you going to pay it?".
The staff is realy very warm and careful. We enjoy the Commons.
