Real Nice Place to live for student housing, Tenants are really nice, some minor issues with apartments, but nothing that is deal breaking.
Housing with UC is pretty expensive, but you're getting what you're paying for - location, safety, renting with a reliable company, etc. I haven't had any problems renting with them so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Staff is very welcoming and it is easy to put in maintenance requests
I love living here!! It is affordable, has great and helpful management, and is such a close walk to pitt campus.
