The office and management staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I have never once had a pleasant conversation with them. Also receive silly charges for upkeep which in reality is due to their age old items/appliances never being replaced rather than your personal use. Appliances were never properly fixed, I had to put in requests for the same problem months after months.
PLEASE NEVER LIVE IN THIS PLACE!!!! THEY KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THEY TELL YOU THAT IT IS BECAUSE YOU BROKE THINGS OR THAT THE CARPET WAS STAINED (?????). STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE TOO
A great place to live if you're looking for someplace quiet that's still close to campus.
Nice, quiet, and clean. There is a shortcut to a bike path, park...and the Hocking river!
It's a great place to live. The condominiums are properly insulated, and the appliances run just fine. Nice and quiet living environment. I have a suggestion for University Commons, please replace the study chairs with height adjustable chairs. Other than that, I had a decent living experience :)
University Commons is perfect for all students. Great location. Excellent floor plan. Free parking. Transportation to campus. Quiet. Pool. Workout room. Washer/dryer in the units. Still looking for a place this fall? Our 4-bedroom/2-bathroom unit still needs a renter for 2015-16. Contact 740-352-7401.
Nice and quite, good location. I like the floor plan and room sizes and they come furnished. But we have had to have people in the fix the dish washer like 3 times and the showers get cold pretty fast.
Great location with a great price. The gym is never too busy, the pool is a great time plus the staff is always very helpful.
