Received a written estimate for $3600 to fix my daughter's car. They took 2 months to finish the job and presented me with a bill for $4700, including a charge for a wheel and tire that I had purchased and delivered to them. When I asked if we could compromise on the amount, they said no and told me if I didn't pay the full amount, I could just give them the title to the car.

Customer service is best determined when something goes wrong! I had this unfortunate experience recently with these guys and they were ABSOLUTELY awesome. The problem was not theirs, but they assumed responsibility as if it was. The apologized and insured me that it would get fixed and it was.
