If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner is on a thyroid medication and has been out of it for over a month. She has done everything to try and fix the issue, calling the office, trying to speak with a patient rep, talking to nurses, and sending several MyHealth Connection messages. Not only has she not received her medication yet, but nobody has returned her call either. Her Thyroid was tested recently and it was over 12, it's supposed to be in the 4's.
