I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s been a good place to live. The apartment is in University City, so it feels generally safe, and the location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop right across the street, and the subway is just a few blocks away. The one-bedroom is a great size for living alone, and the price is solid for the area. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. If you’re a UPenn or Drexel student, this is a great option.

I've been living in a University City Apartments property for the past year, right in the heart of the UPenn, Drexel, and Penn Medicine corridor, and it has genuinely been one of the best renting experiences I've had.
