I’ve lived here for about 1.5 years and it’s been a good place to live. The apartment is in University City, so it feels generally safe, and the location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop right across the street, and the subway is just a few blocks away. The one-bedroom is a great size for living alone, and the price is solid for the area. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. If you’re a UPenn or Drexel student, this is a great option.
Great building and staff.
My experience of living at Haverford Lofts has been great. The other tenants here are very professional and courteous. Management is very attentive and respectful. Jamie, the property manager, is great about notifying tenants regarding any entry or inspection that is required and is always available. I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and have experienced no issues. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend living at Haverford Lofts! I've lived here for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with my place. The units are very modern and include everything you need from in-unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The management is great and always responsive for anything we might need. Great place to live! Just a few blocks from Penn Presby and very close to the major streets. Tons of great places to eat and drink nearby (Barts Bagels I’m looking at you). Controlled access to the building for extra security. Nice and quiet with well maintained facilities and a great realty staff! Shout out to Jamie Gentile in particular for going above and beyond what we would have ever expected when I had gotten into a tricky situation one evening!
