Very bad experience with Dr. Rousta. She was extremely rude, cold, and had an attitude the entire visit with my daughter. Her behavior was unkind and made us feel uncomfortable like she didn’t even want to help. Honestly, the energy she gave off was just unpleasant and harsh. Definitely not how a doctor should treat a child or a parent. I would never recommend her.
Too long wait (an hour and counting). My review doesn't reflect the quality of doctors but only the quality of operations.
I love this practice so much! My son has anxiety and they are very good at explaining things to him so he’s not afraid. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!
I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to get an appointment for my son who is an existing patient. I’ve left multiple messages and made an appointment request on their website. No call back!! I’m am switching him to another doctor.
Dr Rousta is awesome, down to Earth and straight forward. She did not sugar coat anything for me about my daughter eye patching and that I was very pleased about. I qould recommend her to anyone needing an eye specialist for their little one.
