The only good experience here is the friendliness of the workers and the doctor we have had visits with. The wait time however, is HORRENDOUS! This last appointment I had scheduled for my 6 year old we waited over an hour and we even got there 10 minutes early. I decided to get my copay and other charges reimbursed to me, along with his records because I was no longer waiting. Working in the medical field, waiting over an hour is ridiculous. You're payment portal needs a serious update. I paid my daughter's medical bill's earlier in the year. And now almost a year later, I received a notification saying final notice on bill's I paid already. I will be giving you a call soon.
Instead of reading d.o.b they dont went there with my daughter to tell us that appointment was earlier they wouldn't take her wanted us to make another appointment walked out.
The wait time to see the doctor is absolutely horrible and unacceptable. We got to the office 15 minutes before our 2PM appointment and we weren’t seen by the doctor until 3:10PM. Knowing that you’re going to have to dilate the child’s eye and that alone takes another 20 minutes, why would you have young children wait this unnecessary amount of time.
