The wait time to see the doctor is absolutely horrible and unacceptable. We got to the office 15 minutes before our 2PM appointment and we weren’t seen by the doctor until 3:10PM. Knowing that you’re going to have to dilate the child’s eye and that alone takes another 20 minutes, why would you have young children wait this unnecessary amount of time. I thank god for this place! After noticing my toddlers eyes crossing I immediately called up several pediatric optometrists but either they didn’t accept my insurance or just didn’t have any nearby appointments available! We even offered to pay out of pocket if it meant he would be seen sooner because his eyes were getting worse but still nothing until I came across this place. I still had to wait a very long month to see them but it was the closest I could get and I was very thankful. The parking was easy and the wait time ... read more
Waited 45 mins before our turn... they need to get theyre scheduling system fixed!!! If its a 30 min window dont schedule appointments too close!!!
