Decent exterior wash . Was not thrilled about the interior even took the car back to have it cleaned again and they did nothing different! Console was still dirty, dashboard was never wiped , cup holders still dirty , all my dogs nose prints were still on all my windows. I have a brand new car so it wasn't even dirty enough for them not to try. Minimum effort . Wish I could post pictures
I went to get an oil change and I wanted to get my car detailed the kid misplaced my wheel lock I almost had to go to Lexus and buy another one
Decent wash outside (was streaky), fantastic on interior and windows!
Service and personal are good just not constant. Alot of new faces. They use to take off a Dollar for Vets now they don't.
