RecommendedBrought my daughter 1000 miles to ODU and needed a new tire, immediately, on a Friday afternoon. Needless to say, kind of an emergency for me so I could get back on the road. These guys saved me! From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. They went out of their way to get the special tire I needed. I was back on the road by 5:00 Friday. Thank you so very much!!!!

The two guys who basically run the front office, Josh and Mike, are professional, super polite and accommodating. Have never, ever had an issue with them, and do trust that whatever it is they tell my my car needs, it really does need the work done. As someone who depends wholly on others to give me that information (I am a widow who used to depend on husband for same) this is a service worth its weight in gold. I give them about ten stars...!

Not very impressed. I brought my car in at 1:40 and asked if they had anything open, I was told "yeah the guys are probably back there twiddling their thumbs waiting for something to do!" I told the man up front that my class was over at 3 and asked if it would be done by then, he said yeah probably by 3-3:30. So I kill time on campus after my class only to go back at 3:30 to find out they haven't even touched my car yet! Apparently another car was taking longer than expected....seriously?
