Dont ever go here for gas or anything expecially not for a state inspection yes I am another victim of this Radford BP I go in for a state inscpection and leave with a huge bill because of " Problems" that need to be fixed before they pass it if you have money to burn go here but they will screw you over in a heart beat by no means would i ever go here again and I will never fill up at that gas station again. Fool me one shame on me,fool me twice shame on you

"Two thumbs up!" I was downtown Radford with a friend one hot summer morning recently. We walked around a bit, got in my car to leave, and the car made that horrible clicking sound that one hates to hear. I pulled out my AAA card, looked around, and luckily, I was parked next to University BP. I walked over, and explained to them what was happening. I'd just like to give an updated account on this place. I recently went in for an inspection sticker, walked out playing over $300. Come to find out this place did not even contact my warranty company about a part that was under warranty, I was livid, but I do not like to cause public scenes. Went in and explained the issue to the manager and I received a refund for the parts and labor under warranty. And I am certain that a major part was not fixed. I would try to avoid this place if at all possible.

Worst place ever. They actively try to rip you off and refuse to "speculate " on problems or costs. Wanted to rip my engine down to diagnose a problem that did not exist. My previous mechanic, who is my uncle, had recently replaced the same parts they wished to change and did not take my word for it that they did not need to do that. Told me a price on parts and labor. And charged me an additional amount of labor time when I told them I did not wish to have them work on this car anymore. Horrible place, went in for an inspection and walked out paying over $300. They never even checked my back brakes and a few months later when they were changed there was no brake pad left.
