Went in today for tires and an inspection and walked out a very pleased person!! They were wonderful to work with me on price and the customer service was out of this world wonderful! I've never experienced this at any other shop and was pleased to know also that the owner is a wonderful Christian man. That made it even greater.
Have had oil changes on our cars and a state inspection done here - no problems whatsoever. Greg is an amazing Christian man, devoted to his faith in Christ - so if that bothers you, don't go there! The mechanic who fixed my a/c was incredible (Dana) and spoke to me clearly and offered me several options for fixing the problem. I was very pleased and would use them again. I am a blonde woman, and I am NOT stupid - I get very annoyed with mechanics who talk down to me. This place never has.

It was a hot day and I was at the river with my friends. We went to my car to find out that it wouldn't start. AAA sent out their best wrecker service in Radford. They towed my car and they more than polite to me. They fixed my car in little to no time. They even charged me less than I expected. I will always use them as my wrecker and repair service.

I've been going here for years and years. The owner is a polite, spiritual man, who believes the customer ALWAYS comes first. They've been able to fix EVERY problem I've had, and diagnose it very quickly. Always friendly, always going the extra mile. Trust me, if they say something is wrong, IT IS. Never overcharged, never fixed something that wasn't broken. I don't take my vehicles ANYWHERE else. I'm a local and know the other dealerships and mechanics. The other's don't have a clue. A+++ great service and fast!!!
Went in for an inspection after moving to Virginia and was out in 15 minutes. My wife went in a few weeks later for her inspection and was out quickly too. No surprises, just very polite and friendly staff. I'll be back.
Excellent service. After Jiffy Lube screwed up my hood latch these guys fixed it in a few hours and only charged $60. Thanks guys!!
