Eric is just awesome! I just got my ball drilled today and he did a great job. It's actually really important to have somebody that knows what they are doing when it comes to drilling bowling equipment. Eric is a professional and is really friendly. I highly recommend this pro shop to anyone that wants to get any type of bowling equipment or a professional driller.
