I ordered a Columbia 300 Nitrous from them. Brought in my old ball and asked if they could drill it and put the same inserts. Eric quickly took the both of them and said no problem i will match it. Asked what color inserts I wanted and went on to drill it. Came back and to check the comfort of the tips and then went to glue them. Very professional and did everything i asked! Completely satisfied customer!! Very happy with my new ball and drilling!!
