I WAS a customer of this repair facility. Unfortunately, their lack of experience with my Mini Cooper, coupled with really poor customer service has forced me to remove myself as a customer. I has an appointment for basic service on the Mini Cooper, which included an oil service and brake fluid exchange and was given back a vehicle with almost no brake pedal. After several visits back and forth to the shop trying to get the brake pedal feel back to normal I was told that vehicle needed a replacement brake master cylinder. ... read more
