I just went in to see about getting several fixes on my van. However, the front desk person was unhelpful and even sarcastic to me. He said they wouldn't be able to touch my van today. So (not knowing how it works), I asked if I could make an appointment to get the van fixed. He laughed and said, "No, we're not doctors!" It was in a very sarcastic manner.
