Definitely would not recommend. I took my truck there for an alignment last week. I left it there all day even though they said it will only take a half day to align it. I picked up my keys alittle before they closed and the alignment still wasn't done. Also there were NO cars in the Bay area's at all. I know they just didn't want to work on my vehicle. Bad service. I need my truck everyday so I don't have time to waste and that's exactly what they did. waste my time.
Friendly staff, came highly recommended. Nothing but disappointments. I feel I know more about cars than they do, and I don’t know anything about them. Car is overheating when idling, and AC doesn’t work. Was told I need an entirely new AC system for ~$1350, and that they “think” that’s why the car is overheating. I replied that it was odd the AC was causing the car to overheat since the AC hasn’t been turned on in almost a year? (since it wasn’t working I wasn’t gonna leave it on). This shop is awesome. They got me in and did and alignment on my BMW when other shops told me they couldn't do it, and it was $30 cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. Thank you, University Auto!

Took my car here for the first time today for an oil change, tire/brake check. Didn't have to make an appointment, staff was super friendly, and they got my car in and out in no time at all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back.
University Auto, Inc. Rocks!! Took my Jeep in thinking I just had a bad gasket which was causing it to leak transmission fluid. It was a lot more major but they diagnosed it, filed the claim with my warranty company and fixed it! We dropped it off on Monday night....they didn’t get the warranty ok until yesterday morning and it was fixed last night I picked it up today!! Awesome service from great people!!!
