Overall service at UAD is exemplary from reception through surgery. The high quality of service provided is consistent. My recent vist for a routine cleaning was even better than typical. I abhor cleanings, for several reasons. On this visit hygenist, Carolyn S. was amazing. She asked me questions that helped make this cleaning painless. Believe me that is rare for me, which is why I'm writing a review. Thank you I learned a few good pointers from this visit and came out smiling.
I’ve experienced the full range of dental care from multiple providers—from my first filling back in the 1960s as an Army brat (my mom was not in the room), a horrid dentist who gave me a root canal without telling me what was happening, multiple crowns and the dread gingivitis. For 17 years UAD has been my primary dental provider. Started with cleanings, an implant and then Invisalign. Dr. Marcus “Marty” is my dentist and he is a true master of his craft. Dr Marcus just completed a required crown due to a cracked molar over the holiday. I was a bit nervous as I’m not the biggest fan of the drilling noise. An office that cares from the reception to the dentist. I needed major dental work and Dr.Marcus and his assistant Nichole eased my anxiety plus, can one imagine, a painless experience. Even the temporary caps and bridges (yes a lot of work)looked great; Dr. Marcus is an artist!! I needed one extraction, Dr. Marcus’s associate (sorry I don’t remember his name) did the job and was great too!! I’ll never be afraid of taking care of my teeth again as long as I can come to this office!!
