lived here for about a year, rent is cheap and it’s a cool place for just one person. neighbors are cool and nobody bothers you, maintenance is always responsive and usually show up to resolve issues the next day (at least for me). definitely a good place to stay and get on your feet in auburn, not to mention being very centrally located, everything being about 5 minutes away. good place.
Someone needs to give Heather an award. Stellar service.
Roach infested slum. We kill 6 roaches per day on average and a few more get away. The management company sends exterminators monthly but it doesn't seem to reduce the number of roaches we see. These are the German cockroaches associated with filth too, not Palmetto bugs. They recently raised rent above what this place is worth.
