Horrible customer service. never ever have seen anything like this absolutely terrible. Picked up brake pads gave wrong brake pads 2 times. Dont recommend anyone coming here.
I bought 2 bearing for my car, when the people in the shop installed them one of them failed right away they need to took it out and charge me double to put a new one that works. The other one failed 2 weeks after, so I need to pay again to get another bearing and installation. I went to Universe asking for a refund, they said I need to bring the box of the bearing if I don't have the box they can't do nothing, so now I am the only one affected due to the bad quality of the parts they sell.
